CompliCare (“we”, “us”) is the controller of personal data collected through complicareapp.com. This notice describes what we collect, why, and your rights under the UK GDPR.

• Contact details you submit through forms (name, email, phone, organisation).
• Website analytics (page views, referrers) once you accept cookies.
• Content you submit via our portals if you become a customer.

Why we process it

• To respond to your enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) — pre-contract steps).
• To send service updates you request (Article 6(1)(a) — consent).
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months unless you become a customer, in which case retention is governed by your subscription agreement.

UK hosting

All personal data is hosted in the UK/EEA on encrypted infrastructure with full audit trails.
