About

Built by people who know care.

CompliCare is a UK team of care managers, nurses, engineers and designers on a mission to give care-home staff more time at the bedside — and confidence at their next CQC inspection.

Care-first

Every workflow starts with the question: does this help the people being cared for?

Compliant by default

CQC alignment is baked in, not bolted on. Evidence is captured as staff work.

Practical, not academic

Software that a night-shift carer can pick up in five minutes.

Our story

CompliCare began after our founders spent months shadowing care teams and watching them wrestle with spreadsheets and paper folders during CQC inspections. We knew software could take that weight off — without turning carers into data-entry clerks.

Today CompliCare supports hundreds of homes across the UK, from single family-run homes to national groups.

What we do

CompliCare brings the day-to-day running of a care home into one place, so managers spend less time chasing paperwork and more time on the floor.

Compliance & audits

Scheduled checks, digital evidence and audit trails that hold up at inspection.

Assets & staff

Equipment, maintenance, certifications and DBS checks tracked in one register.

Rotas & incidents

Smart scheduling and structured incident logging with proper follow-up.

Reporting

Compliance, staffing and incident trends, summarised for managers and inspectors alike.

Who we serve

We work with residential and nursing homes across England, Scotland and Wales — from a single family-run home to multi-site groups managing dozens of services. Whatever the size, the same CQC evidence, staffing and safeguarding pressures apply, and CompliCare scales to fit rather than asking you to change how you work.

  • Independent, family-run care homes
  • Multi-site regional care groups
  • Specialist nursing and dementia care providers
  • Domiciliary and supported-living services
